BREAKS & TIME OUTS
Take time out from the task list, the daily challenges, the chaos and turmoil of our world. It is essential for body and mind to replenish, renew and function better by taking "productivity pauses."  Without brief respites from the everyday pressures, we enter a place of chronic stress and anxiety which can lead to debilitating diseases and dysfunction.

REDUCE STRESS HORMONES
We cannot continue to function at "high alert" in which we relentlessly activate the biological "fight or flight" response mechanism in the body. Doing so keeps stress hormones (such as cortisol and adrenaline) coursing through our bodies, keeping our heart beating faster, and taking energy away from non-essential functions such as digestion, the immune system, and more.   If you're getting sick often, please recognize your body's signals.  You can eliminate the impact of stress!

Stop. Take time for yourself.  In as little as 3 minutes a day, you can dramatically reduce  tension and stress and live your life with grace and ease.  You can do so much more with less effort (and less time) when you practice some of the tools I've offered on this page!  Try them for yourself.
